Job Responsibilities
* Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary payments in compliance with local regulations.
* Maintain employee records and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, contract management, attendance, and termination procedures.
* Ensure HR practices comply with Spanish labor laws and relevant regulations; provide support for audits or inspections.
* Coordinate with external HR vendors (e.g., payroll, insurance, and benefits providers) to ensure service quality.
* Support HR-related reporting and documentation for both local and headquarters needs.
* Assist with general office administration tasks as required (e.g., vendor coordination, basic office management).
Job Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
* 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or related roles.
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws and payroll procedures; experience with HRIS/ERP systems preferred.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
* Prior experience in multinational companies or fast-growing businesses is a plus.
