Client Lead
to develop and manage customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.The
Client Lead
will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and collaborating with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success at the delivery level. They will support various project stages, identify potential gaps, and propose solutions to meet client and company expectations regarding quality and profitability.Key responsibilities include leading negotiations, preparing commercial offers, managing communication during presales, sharing sales strategies with PMs, and monitoring project progress to identify upselling opportunities. They will also lead post-project reviews, write success stories, and conduct satisfaction surveys.The role requires familiarity with operational team members, involvement in team allocation, workload management, and communication of hiring needs. The Client Lead will contribute to meeting project deadlines, scope, and budget, and collaborate on risk mitigation.Experience and skills required:
Large account management experience.Experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager within the Salesforce ecosystem.Experience in Salesforce core and/or Marketing Cloud projects.At least 6 years in business/technology consulting.Experience with digital and international projects.High level of English and native French is mandatory.What we offer:
