The impact engineering department supports this strategy by working on the coherence of process, tools, and indicators to ensure the capacity of impact analysis.
In the frame of the NextGen Founded project “Digital Transformation as an opportunity to better people’s life”, this position strengthen the strategy and support the quality of programs implementation.
The Data Analyst will support in the digitalization of key programs and assessments, via Kobo or any alternatives and support in the development of the Programmatic Framework with global toolkits about the standards (Digitalization of programs, Survey Templates, Survey Structuration, training Material, support).
The Data Analyst will support Technical team in the definition of key indicators and assessments and the MEAL teams in the use of them.
**Las principales actividades que desempeñaras son las siguientes**:
- Support Technical teams in the digitalization of programs for the deployment of Project ADS software.
- Support Technical teams in the definitions of key indicators and assessments (Quality of Employment, Agro-ecological practice, psychosocial evaluation toolkit, Participant satisfaction )
- Support MEAL teams in the implementation of these programs and assessments and deployment of complete toolkit (training Materials, training sessions, direct support)
- Deployment of the Survey Builder solution to structure the assessments while allowing for flexibility.
- Support in the analysis of the generated data, creation of knowledge products and recommendation on the use of key assessments and indicators.
**Esta descripción encaja contigo?**:
- Master degree in Economy, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- Experience on project cycle management, research, data gathering and management, statistics, quantitative / qualitative analysis and reporting
- At least 3 years of experience within humanitarian organizations, and at least 1 year in M&E; Positions or tasks.
- Experience in conducting surveys, assessments and evaluation for multiple sectors (Nutrition and Health, WaSH, Food Security and Livelihoods, Mental Health and Care practices, disaster risk reduction)
- Knowledge on databases and mobile data collection systems (ODK/Kobo) would be desirable. Knowledge on analysis (R, SPSS) or visualization (PowerBi, Tableau) softwares would be desirable
