Once you join us, you will work on cultural transformation programs for a big company in several industry sectors. Previously, you had a period of initial training, both theoretical and practical.
Your Day-to-day
This position offers you the opportunity to participate in

- Participation in the task observation program, field managers.

What we need
This is a position for a technical profile (technical degree) with a strong vocation for human factors and the ability to adapt to changes. In addition, we will value: - Knowledge/experience in the nuclear sector. - Possibility of carrying out field work - Predisposition to continuous learning - Analytical skills and logical reasoning - Ability to work in a team - Use Microsoft 365 tools - Good level of English (B2)
