JGA are partnering with a high-growth HR Tech leader, backed by top-tier venture capital firms seeking a Partnerships Development Manager / Channel Sales Manager to work in their newly established French market.
You’ll play a key role in developing the partner ecosystem in the French market, selling into IT re-sellers who sell B2B SaaS tools to SMEs. This is a great opportunity to shape a newly-formed partnerships team within a well-funded tech scale-up.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners across the French-speaking market
* Own the full partner sales cycle — from outreach to closing
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with reseller and implementation partners
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, supporting their success through regular calls, product updates, and problem-solving
* Gather and relay feedback from partners and their customers to help refine the product and partnership approach
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
* Upsell additional products and features based on partner and client needs
What You Bring:
* 3–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (full-cycle), ideally with exposure to partnerships or channel sales.
* Fluent in French and proficient in English
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a drive to build things from scratch
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience selling into IT resellers, for a B2B SaaS company who provide tools for SMEs.
* Background in HR tech, payroll, or digital transformation
* Previous work with SME clients
