To strengthen our Business Unit DACH, we are currently looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled professionals and executives across Europe (main focus:
DACH region) and will manage the placement of mid- to senior-level positions, including executive-level roles, across various industries.
Your responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment management:
Take full ownership of the recruitment process from A to Z at both national and international levels. From the initial client briefing to the successful placement, you will independently manage all steps and ensure the best possible talent is identified and secured.
* Proactive candidate sourcing:
Use active sourcing techniques on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn and Xing), internal and external databases, networks, referrals, and tools like Smapick to identify and approach both active and passive candidates.
* Expert candidate interviews:
Conduct professional phone and video interviews to assess both hard skills and soft skills, ensuring that candidates are the right fit for the position requirements.
* Account management & client communication:
Work closely with our clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain strong relationships. You will not only present suitable candidates but also act as a trusted advisor throughout the process and build long-term partnerships.
Your profile:
* Education:
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience:
Initial professional experience in recruiting is a plus. First experience in direct candidate sourcing (active sourcing) is highly valued.
* Interpersonal skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and empathy to build good relationships with candidates and clients.
* Independent working style:
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your tasks.
* Languages:
Spanish (fluent, spoken and written) and English (fluent, spoken and written). Other European languages are highly valued. Fluency in German is a big plus.
