Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge?

The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients, creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.

What will you be doing :

* Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
* Involve understanding the client's needs and goals and be the go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience .
* Identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
* Analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and create an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
* Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses, and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product .
* You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.

Your Profile

* You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills.
* You are tech-savvy.
* You have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) for a minimum of 1 year.
* Experience with the SaaS environment is a plus.
* You have excellent communication skills and empathy.
* You are good at multitasking, problem-solving, and are a great team worker.
* You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
* You have previous experience dealing with churn cases ( retention ).
* You have done upselling .
* You have worked through KPI.
* A proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English .
