Responsibilities include implementing commercial actions aligned with the Commercial Policy, following directives for the Iberia region (Spain/Portugal), with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key duties:
* Explore sales opportunities for Yale Smart Residencial products in new channels and clients, developing actions to grow the business with both clients and prescribers.
* Conduct client visits to understand needs, evaluate market conditions, and identify new business opportunities to maximize sales.
* Design, define, and implement product promotion activities.
* Prepare activity and visit reports, providing timely information on each client.
* Generate market analysis reports, including trends, competitors, products, and pricing, to adapt commercial strategies accordingly.
* Provide technical advice to clients on product features, benefits, and applications to ensure proper understanding and implementation.
Qualifications and skills:
* At least 4 years of experience selling electronic products in recognized brands focused on the end consumer.
* Experience in non-traditional channels such as home automation (e.g., mobile-controlled lighting, tele-assistance).
* High level of English proficiency (C1).
* Willingness to travel frequently.
* High responsibility and autonomy in project management, results-oriented, with a focus on achieving commercial goals.
