Business Development Manager – Eastern Europe (Polish Speaker)

Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing growth opportunities within smaller accounts and identifying new business leads to drive revenue. You’ll play a key role in expanding Rephine’s market presence across Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland, while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing clients to reignite engagement and foster growth.
* Proactively communicate to understand client needs and promote Rephine’s audit and consultancy services.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and client interaction.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client challenges.
* Negotiate and close contracts in line with company standards and client expectations.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve strategy.
* Use market intelligence to refine commercial approaches and uncover new opportunities.
