We are looking for a Senior FP&A; Analyst with strong data analytics capabilities to support financial planning and drive data-informed decision-making. This role is primarily focused on FP&A; responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while leveraging data tools and analytics to enhance reporting, improve efficiency, and generate business insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business drivers
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support month-end close analysis and performance reporting
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems and other sources
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational reports
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
- Act as a key contributor in data‑driven decision‑making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A; or Financial Analysis roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools
- Experience in multinational or US‑based companies
- Exposure to reporting automation or process improvement initiatives

- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
