Partner with the business in a true ‘IT as a Service’ environment
Provide resilient, best-in-class, cost-efficient IT Services to all ELEs in your Zone.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with the Regional IT Infra Director to build & run IT Infra services for all ELEs in your Zone.
* Lead the IT transformation program to segregate IT Infra assets and isolate IT Solutions in your Zone.
* Implement IT governance processes (IT Service Management) for your Zone.
Key Accountabilities:
* Define the IT strategy for the zone in partnership with the IT Director; manage the annual IT budget; support the Zone Business Leader with onboarding new companies.
* Implement a true “IT as a Service” Model for IT Infra services; act as Managed IT Service Provider; foster relationships with key business leaders.
* Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against KPIs and SLAs.
* Build and manage your IT team across multiple countries; cooperate with regional teams; ensure consistency, collaboration, and share best practices.
* Develop and provide a portfolio of IT Business Services aligned with business needs and investment levels; manage the Zone IT team to meet SLA performance.
IT Infra & Security:
* Define Infrastructure Strategy with Zone Business Leader & Regional IT Infra Director.
* Lead the Zone IT Infra team to deliver top-tier IT Services, managing projects within scope, time, and budget.
* Oversee the transformation of legacy infrastructure into a segregated landscape.
* Ensure compliance with Group/Regional IT standards; monitor operational activities and periodically audit IT Infra & Security postures.
IT Solutions:
* Define Solutions Strategy with the Zone Business Leader.
* Manage daily IT Solutions operations, ensuring standards are met, and support is provided for IT Solutions.
* Drive the re-architecture & re-engineering of IT Infrastructure and Solutions as part of the Transformation Program.
* Implement standardized IT cost management, project, and service management practices across all ELEs.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
Required Profile:
* Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related; MBA is a plus.
* Certifications in PMI, ITIL, Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF are desirable.
* Lean methodology knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
* 5-10 years in project/program management in an international IT environment, preferably in industrial or process-driven settings.
* Proven leadership in managing distributed international teams.
* Strong expertise in IT Service Management, enterprise architecture, and regulated environments.
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; proficient with tools like Microsoft Project, Excel.
