What You’ll Be Doing As our Business Controller, you’ll be the backbone of financial analysis and planning for our core business lines—Motor, Travel, and Home. You’ll transform complex data into clear insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision‐making. Your work will directly influence how we meet our targets and optimize performance.
Your Main Missions Include Analyze financial performance for your areas, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Manage monthly reporting, forecasts, and planning processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Support and analyze results across three business lines, from billing to net profit.
Monitor intercompany transactions, labour costs, and FTEs to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Conduct detailed analysis of P&L, identifying key drivers, and providing actionable recommendations.
Participate in projects to improve reporting and analysis capabilities.
Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and adapt to new reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll have:
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or analysis, ideally within insurance or a similar industry.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with Business Intelligence tools.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Experience supporting strategic planning and controlling processes.
