br##We’re looking for a Technical Product Lead to define and lead data-driven engineering products that help teams deliver better, faster, and more securely at scale.
brYou will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a greenfield Engineering Metrics Platform, integrating data from tools such as GitHub, Snyk, SonarCloud, and others to generate actionable insights on engineering productivity, quality, security, and efficiency.
brYou’ll also provide oversight and mentoring for additional Software Engineering products, working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure strong adoption and measurable value.

brCollaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and tooling
brMentor Product Owners and product leaders

brStrong experience in Product Management / Product Ownership for technical or data products
brSolid understanding of engineering productivity metrics (delivery, quality, security, efficiency)
