The Company with its head‑quarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, is listed on the SIX Swiss Ex‑change (ticker symbol AUTN).Your TasksParticipation in the APS strategy as well as ensuring the implementation of APS Group standards (organization, processes and tools) in all plantsSupport of the APS improvement roadmap for the entire business group to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in the regionsWorking in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry (IATF, ISO, etc.)Monitoring the maturity assessment status and its developmentIdentification of critical fields of action and implementation of corresponding measuresLeading and moderating workshops for continuous improvement with a focus on waste reduction and KPI improvementSupporting layout design activities in the plantsTraining, supporting and qualifying APS coaches in the region in the use of APS tools as well as in conducting maturity assessment auditsPromoting cultural change through the application of Autoneum valuesYour QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) with a focus on lean managementMore than 10 years of experience in a lean environment at an automotive supplier, including at least 2 years in a management roleExcellent communication and organizational skillsGood knowledge of MS Office. Power BI, Power APP is a plus.Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
