The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. The role involves engaging in complex sales cycles and offers significant opportunities for growth and rewards.

The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing sales within the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business with prospective clients.

The candidate should possess a proactive "hunting" approach for new logos and expansion within existing accounts.

This role requires leveraging expertise in service assurance, network testing, optimization, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects. The Account Director will navigate organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and driving innovation, automation, and value addition. Collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Services is essential for successful deployments.

The candidate will utilize their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales targets. Infovista offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.

Profile:

* Strong results-oriented drive and target focus.
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts.
* Extensive industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
* Capacity to communicate technical concepts across all organizational levels.
* Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases and the ability to coordinate internal resources.
* Team-oriented selling approach, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical Knowledge:

* Deep understanding of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.
* Knowledge of the CSP market within OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking, process setup, and planning skills.
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and visionary skills.
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.
* Assertiveness in defending company standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years in building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including with senior executives, with a proven track record in selling OSS solutions and closing deals. Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange) are preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
