1. Explore potential customers and reserve high-quality client resources based on performance goals. Achieve sales targets in the assigned market and ensure consistent performance growth.
2. Familiarize yourself with local market dynamics. Take charge of developing and maintaining key account relationships in overseas markets, build strong and stable partnerships, expand market share, and secure a defined number of flagship clients.
3. Handle day-to-day operations including overseas customer inquiries, quotations, order fulfillment, pre-sales training, and after-sales service to ensure a superior customer experience.
4. Regularly report on market conditions in alignment with business development progress and needs. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.
5. Gather market feedback and user insights, research industry trends and competitor products, and provide constructive suggestions for product improvement and strategic development.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and implement local sales and promotional activities, enhance brand awareness and influence, and support the achievement of sales objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in national or regional key account (KA) sales. Fluency in English is required for daily work communication.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry/Horeca industry is required, with proven ability to navigate retail customer structures and sales processes.
3. Proven sales experience in cleaning equipment or cleaning robots, with a solid understanding of robotics and their applications.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, keen insight into customer needs, and the ability to respond promptly and accurately.
5. Experience in participating in international exhibitions and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns. Successful project cases are a plus.
6. Resilient under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner. xcskxlj Capable of effective teamwork and result-driven project management.
