What We’re Looking For
* A Minimum of 3 years of Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel or Restaurant is preferred.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a Related Field is Preferred.
* Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of Restaurant Management Software and POS Systems.
* Strong Command of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
* Demonstrated Success in Achieving Financial Goals, Managing Budgets and Implementing Cost Controls without Compromising on Service, Quality or the Pacha Experience.
* Demonstrated skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to maintaining Industry-Leading Standards.
* A True Team Player and People-Focused Leader, Passionate about Coaching, Mentoring and Elevating a High-Performing Food and Beverage Team.
* A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.

* Hold the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.
* Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
* Personally Settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.

Key Responsibilities
* Leads, inspires and empowers a Magnetic Team of Pacha Family Members to deliver Immersive hospitality aligned with The Pacha Group’s signature Standards.
* Curates exceptional guest moments, personally Engaging with Diners throughout their Culinary Journey to ensure every experience is Unforgettable.
* Champions a Seamless and Elevated dining experience by Anticipating guest needs and Resolving concerns with Confidence, Speed and Flair.
* Elevates the ambience of the destination, Overseeing lighting, music, table settings and décor to create an Authentic Japanese atmosphere.
* Collaborates with the Executive Chef to curate a Bespoke, Seasonally inspired menu that Celebrates the depth and artistry of the cuisine, aligned with guest preferences and Culinary Trends.
* Analyses menu performance and guest feedback, implementing Enhancements to drive Creativity, Satisfaction and Profitability.
* Ensures consistent excellence in Food Presentation and Ingredient Quality by working seamlessly with the Culinary Team.
* Implements trailblazing Standard Operating Procedures that guarantee a Cherry-Perfect guest journey.
* Manages inventory with meticulous Attention to Detail, minimising waste and maximising efficiency across all supplies, equipment and ingredients.
* Upholds impeccable Health, Safety and Hygiene Standard, ensuring all practices align with Regulatory Compliance and The Pacha Group’s Industry-Leading expectations.
* Maximises revenue through Strategic cost controls, dynamic pricing, promotions and new avenues such as Private Events and Cultural Collaborations.
* Interprets financial reports and monitors labour and food costs, executing Data-Driven Strategies to optimise Profitability.
* Partners with the Finance Department to ensure Transparent budgeting, Accurate reporting and Efficient cost management.
* Recruits Phenomenal Talent with a Genuine passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to World-Class service.
* Delivers bespoke onboarding and training programmes that equip Pacha Family Members with the skills to craft Limitless guest experiences.
