Edwards is offering a Field Clinical Specialist job opportunity within our Business Unit (product portfolio) – Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTTs). Edwards plans to launch one transformational therapy in Europe each year led by its CARDIOBAND and PASCAL programs.

The successful candidate will provide clinical support during cases, along with expertise and insights on the PASCAL device, procedures, and protocols throughout the clinical investigation lifecycle.
The role covers the Iberia region.
How you will make an impact:
* Provide education on all aspects of the device: handling, implantation, troubleshooting, and related equipment, including full certification for independent case support in hospitals.
* Support physicians and medical staff during Pascal procedures, ensuring continuity of education and technical support to optimize patient outcomes.
* Educate and train hospital personnel on technical matters through one-on-one sessions and structured training programs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons, KOLs, and influencers to promote Edwards' positioning, using creativity and influencing skills.
* Develop and improve training curricula, materials, and tools based on clinical trial experience, guidelines, and SOPs.
* Plan and execute growth strategies within targeted accounts in collaboration with sales teams.
* Learn about the product, physiology, anatomy, and market applications related to Edwards Lifesciences.
* Perform other incidental duties as required.
What you will need:
* Minimum of 1 year of related medical device or clinical experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field.
* Experience with Echocardiography is a significant advantage.
* Training experience in clinical or technical environments is preferred.

* Proficiency in MS Office and general office machinery.
* Discretion in managing confidential information.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Adherence to company policies, safety, and environmental protocols.
