JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Partner whose responsibilities will be to understand the business needs, get to know its processes and strategies, and therefore translate them into optimal and efficient technological solutions. You should be the strategic technology partner who understands the business requirements, promotes, and facilitates the constant delivery of value to the organization by improving digital services and solutions.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

As an IT Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:


Demand Management:

1. Lead the demand capture process (identification, analysis, and prioritization) of IT services and technologies.
2. Develop and communicate project roadmaps that align needs with company strategy.
3. Collaborate with other IT functions to oversee the translation of business needs into the corresponding IT solutions.


Service Delivery:

1. Monitor, report, and analyze service trends to identify areas of improvement.
2. Oversee the implementation of change requests, complex projects, and initiatives.


User Relationship:

1. Provide a main point of contact for technology services and solutions.
2. Understand the specific objectives of each business unit while seeking global synergies.
3. Guide the adoption of new systems and technologies.
4. Lead coordination and governance meetings, as well as communication mechanisms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or in consulting.
3. Advanced knowledge of digital tools and digital transformation methodologies.
4. Experience in the sector or similar industries such as distribution, retail, etc., will be highly valued.
5. Advanced level of English.
6. Competencies: initiative, communication and organizational skills, interest in research to propose creative solutions, analytical thinking to identify innovative solutions, project management, team leadership, and a global business vision.
