Description Location: Spain - Naval Station Rota & Morón Air BaseECC is seeking a Site Superintendent for upcoming work in Spain, supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base. The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for the implementation of field related policies, programs, and practices that support and advance the Company’s long-term business objectives.Requirements: Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain. Five years supervisory experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with experience managing schedule and budget for large construction projects Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement. Preferred Qualifications: Previous DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC project experience.
