Who you are

This role is open to Europe-based candidates only with a valid right to work.
What you’ll do
* Lead Corporate Development & M&A initiatives across category expansion, strategic acquisitions, and exit‑driven projects
* Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including target screenings, commercial and strategic rationale, valuations, business cases, and contractual agreements
* Own due diligence processes together with external advisors, translating findings into valuation adjustments and risk mitigation measures
* Design and negotiate transaction structures, including share vs. asset deals, earn‑outs, and governance mechanisms
* Evaluate and optimize group and holding structures, including legal considerations, tax efficiency, and international scalability
* Lead post‑merger integration ensuring alignment across operations, tech, finance, legal, and people topics while capturing synergies
* Act as a key contact to advisors and stakeholders, including tax advisors, legal counsel, banks, and investors
