Position: SD CoE Program Manager Training focus (M/F/x)

Location: Germany, UK and Spain Preferred Bonn.
eMerge is a cross-functional, global program to develop and deploy a core software product for DHL Supply Chain. eMerge is a cutting-edge global product and will ultimately replace the regional models currently in use. This means that there is a high degree of change management required which needs to be supported with a robust training plan and execution by an individual with a great deal of drive, training management expertise.
The role resides in the Global Centre of Excellence in Solutions Design, working across the community & with Regional VP's & sponsors plus x-functional colleagues (OE, BD etc.) from all regions.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Whilst the initial focus of the role is training the role is to support the program and other activities supporting the development, rollout, hypercare and move to business as usual for eMerge is expected.
- Representative of the project at global / regional meetings including presentations to regional board / Steerco level.
- Explore relevant DSC tools/products and review their past training programs with a view to build the eMerge training program leveraging good/best practices.
- Maintain training content + update as new functionality is deployed / improved ways of working are identified.
- Create the training plan for various levels from awareness to trainer & maintain as feedback from trainers and participants is received and acted upon.
- Facilitate and deliver training in all regions and across a range of functions
- Responsible for budget of €40k p.a. to support development of content
- Create and maintain a user manual for the system and ways of working across a range of use cases plus FAQs to support recently trained users becoming self-supported as soon as possible.
- Establish the eMerge trainer community including links to system user access plus knowledge sharing.
- Create & align expected and delivered achievement levels.
- Create reports to the program director, project board and steerco.
- Monitor training feedback & impact and seek to drive quicker training to self-sufficiency across the community.

- Program management; strong organisational skills including budget management experience
- Stakeholders; experience of managing stakeholders from a diverse range of functions including understanding of influence at all levels within the organization
- Training and deployment; knowledge and experience of both creating & executing training plans for strategic change programs (ideally software-related), including deploying these both directly and through regional channels
- Platforms & tools, good knowledge of training platforms, tools etc. and their use for specific purposes
- Presentation; strong presentation skills, from creating messaging & content to delivering this to all levels in the organization to (DSC) board level
- Vendor management; experience of managing vendor interactions including training materials creation
- General; experience working across diverse cultures & geographies including taking feedback to adjust messaging & delivery
- Understanding & appreciation of the DSC functional structure (global and regional) and ideally their training organisation and platforms & tools
