We are currently looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern (Part-Time) to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, influencer engagement, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
● Actively manage and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok, staying ahead of trends, KPIs, and performance analytics.
● Continuous search for influencers according to established standards.
● Strategically engage with influencers via social media and email, fostering partnerships that drive brand awareness and sales.
● Identify and prioritize high-performing influencers to maximize campaign impact.
● Monitor, review, and optimize influencer partnerships and agreements.
● Distribute and track personalized discount codes, ensuring campaign effectiveness.
● Support the execution and automation of influencer and CRM-driven campaigns.
● Oversee product shipments and follow-ups for influencer collaborations.
● Contribute to content creation and day-to-day social media operations.
● Assist in cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives to support business growth.
Requirements:
● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital platforms, with the ability to drive an innovative content strategy.
● Experience in influencer scouting and collaboration based on product alignment.
● Background in digital marketing, particularly with high-ticket products, is a plus.
● Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms.
● Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
● A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.

● Monthly compensation: €450 gross to support your studies.
