YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources, Information System, or a related field. Qualifications related to HR processes or systems are greatly appreciated.Backgrounds in IT, finance, compliance or payroll are welcome.1–2 years of experience working with HR systems (HRIS) or in an HR operational role involving data processing or system transactions. Hands‑on experience performing data updates, validations, or supporting HR processes within an HR system. Familiarity with HRIS modules (such as Core HR or Learning) is a plus. Experience in data audits or supporting small HRIS improvements; basic testing or system configuration, user administration is a strong advantage.Exposure to a multinational or matrix environment is beneficial.Sound knowledge of Human resources in general.Ability to work effectively with colleagues at different levels.Constructive, positive mind-set and can-do attitude.Excellent transversal team orientation.Great communication skills.Solution oriented, interest in data and HR metrics.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Support
Support HR teams with day‑to‑day data maintenance, employee changes, and system transactions. Monitor automated HR workflows and flag inconsistencies or errors for correction. Provide application support and implementation through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities. Configure basic system settings, user permissions, workflows or forms in HRIS. Keep HRIS process documentation updated and easy for HR teams to follow.
HRIS Data Quality
Perform regular data audits and validations across HRIS to ensure accuracy and consistency, completeness, and timely entry of all HR transactions. Execute data cleansing activities, correcting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with data standards. Ensure data integrity by following strict quality control guidelines. Be the point of contact and assist HRBP/HR officers regarding data maintenance in the current HR systems.Liaise with IT or external providers to escalate technical issues when required.
HRIS Improvement and Projects Support
Support small HRIS enhancements by preparing data, running test cases and reporting findings. Assist HR and IT teams during minor system updates or process adjustments. Help prepare guides and FAQs for HR teams when new features are released. Support routine HRIS updates, patches, and minor system changes by performing basic testing and validations.Identify recurring data issues and propose operational fixes to improve system.
Reporting & Security
Generate standard system reports and support HR teams with data extractions for audits, compliance, or routine HR processes. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage, and the role offers opportunities to develop further analytics skills. Follow established guidelines to support basic data‑protection checks.Support compliance and audits by providing data extracts and documentation.
