Role Overview This is a contract role for an Area Sales Manager, based on‑site in Barcelona. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned region.
Identify, approach, and visit architectural firms and real estate development companies.
Build relationships with existing clients and develop and execute sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and report on progress.
Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategy alignment.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and CRM skills.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in real estate sales, marketing is mandatory
Strong personal network and existing connections with real‑estate developers (mandatory)
Virtual design industries experience is a plus.
Actively identify and reach out to potential clients.
Prospect new real estate developers and projects in the region.
Deliver engaging product presentations and demos (online and on‑site).
Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers (developers, sales directors, marketing managers).
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
