About the role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative for the French market to join our Revenue team. If you excel in fast-paced environments, value continuous learning, and are resilient, we want to hear from you!
Your key responsibilities:
* Identify and nurture leads to create new opportunities.
* Build and maintain a contact list, promoting discovery calls to secure meetings.
* Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
* Handoff qualified opportunities to the Business Development Management team.
* Manage activities to meet and exceed KPIs.
Required skills:
* Proven sales experience: 5+ years exceeding targets.
* Strong communication skills via phone and email.
* Resilience and tenacity to handle rejection.
* Empathy and emotional intelligence.
* Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
* Experience as a Sales Development Representative in the French market.
