As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the vital bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the global market. You won't just solve complex technical challenges; you will be a strategic player in channel development, distributor management, and market intelligence. By providing expert technical solutions, you will drive business growth and ensure our products maintain a leading position in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1.Pre-sales Technical Support & Solutions
Partner with the sales team on customer visits, delivering professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to address concerns and accelerate deal closures.
Design customized installation and operational workflows for key accounts or specialized applications (e.g., precision farming, large-scale commercial turf).
2.Channel Enablement & Partner Management
Design and deliver regular technical training programs for distributors and dealers to enhance their independent sales and maintenance capabilities.
Oversee the regional technical service network to ensure all partners meet the brand’s high standards for delivery and service.
3.On-site Deployment & Troubleshooting
Provide hands-on guidance for initial product installation, software configuration, GNSS/positioning system calibration, and routine operations.
Rapidly respond to on-site technical emergencies; analyze recurring issues to develop standardized FAQs and technical knowledge bases.
4.Market Intelligence & R&D Liaison (VOC)
Conduct front-line research on local market trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities in precision farming and autonomous mowing.
Collect and synthesize feedback from dealers and end-users (Voice of Customer) to provide actionable insights for R&D and Sales Management, driving continuous product iteration.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Agricultural Machinery, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in technical support or sales engineering within the Lawn Mower (OPE) or Agricultural Machinery industries.
3. Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of hardware-software integrated systems.
4. Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, value-driven language for customers.
5. Professionalism: Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and a proactive team player.
6. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and support field operations.
7. Language: Proficient in English (written and oral) for seamless collaboration with global R&D and management teams.
