In this role, you'll assist German agencies and businesses in launching and optimizing their online advertising campaigns, making a tangible impact on their success.
Purpose of the Role :
As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their initial digital advertising campaigns. This target-driven position involves working towards individual goals and contributing to a collaborative onboarding team.
Responsibilities :
* Act as a trusted consultant, helping clients onboard and create effective PPC campaigns.
* Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to foster growth.
* Drive ad spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
* Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
* BA / BS degree or equivalent; an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
* A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
* Excellent communication skills for phone pitches and compelling proposals.
* Effective time management and self-organization skills.
* Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization skills.
* Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Native-level proficiency in German.
* High proficiency in English.
