Role Summary: Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Regional SHE Coordinator, you will be the key driver of our Safe Production. This role offers the stability of a global group with the collaborative spirit of a local, high-performing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Drive Preventive Culture: Lead the Engagement Board and foster cultural behaviours.
* Partner with all departments to prevent accidents and lead investigation processes.
* Operational Excellence: Execute H&S actions, manage PRL campaigns, and coordinate emergency teams.
* Compliance & Auditing: Manage Integrated Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, …), conduct risk assessments, and plan audits.
* Reporting & Budgeting: Oversee the SHE budget and provide monthly performance reporting to the group.
