We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our Mobile Solutions team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of telecom solutions and services to clients. This includes managing the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with various teams to meet project deadlines and milestones, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to support our Operations & Support unit within the Mobile Solutions team. The position reports directly to the Solutions Support Manager, based in Madrid.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for telecom solution delivery.
* Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take appropriate mitigation actions.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, including installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom solutions.
* Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
* Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service delivery role within the telecom industry.
* Proven experience managing and delivering complex telecom solutions and services.
* Strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
* Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
* Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to telecom solutions and services.
* Experience using Microsoft Project Online is a plus.
* PMP Certification is highly appreciated.
