Mission:
As a Program Manager within ODS, you will lead the successful delivery of strategic digital transformation programs that support both Retail&Commercial (RCB) and Digital Consumer (DCB) entities of the Santander Group. You will ensure that initiatives are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, and meet the highest standards of quality and impact.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across global and local teams
2. Manage the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with ODS strategic priorities and optimal use of resources
3. Coordinate with stakeholders across ODS, Openbank, Zinia, and Santander Group to drive program success and adoption
4. Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies
5. Deliver clear, outcome-focused reporting to senior leadership, including KPIs, milestones, and strategic insights
6. Champion agile, scalable, and data-driven delivery practices across teams and Santander domains
To be successful in the role you must have:
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8. + years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS environments.
9. Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
10. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies.
11. Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
13. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
14. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
15. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
