Certifications & Experience required:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow
* CSA (Certified System Administrator).
* 1+ CIS certifications + CAD certification (desired)
Responsible for:
* Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform and applications
* Advanced development experience implementing ServiceNow application
* Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.
* Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
* Lead technical conversations with the customer.
* Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
* Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.
* Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following Servicenow best practices.
* Code Review of Technical Consultants code
* Shepherds Technical Consultants helping with implementation questions and approach)
