Position Overview
* Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
* Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks.
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
* Maintaining cleanliness in service and seating areas.
* Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
* Servicing customers and taking orders.
* Managing stock supplies, including ordering, receiving, and distributing.
* Processing customer payments efficiently.
