From on-boarding flows to new feature presentations, our goal is to both inform and delight.Put simply, we build things we want to use ourselves, that we’re proud to show to our friends and families.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**Onboarding new customers and partners, including project management for GTM and technical integrationEngaging employers and persuading them to market Payday to their employeesImplementing a process to prioritise and manage customer requestsImplementing a system to document and communicate product feedback to relevant teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and OperationsBuild and maintain internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams to reference including self-service instructions**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**Experience developing trusted relationships with new clients and serving as a consultantUndergraduate degree educated2-3 years experience in account management / customer success**NICE TO HAVE**Expertise in project managing launch and GTM plans with clientsExpertise in launching employee outreach campaigns and educating employees in benefits or wellbeingExperience working in early wage access or employer benefits spacePossess awareness of SMB/Enterprise Sales cycles and to be able to have the agility for key logo clientsSTEM background
