We are currently hiring three positions at different seniority levels for our Swiss Digital Sales Team based in Barcelona.
Your Future Role
* Utilize advanced technologies to ensure engaging customer interactions, delivering volume, value, and speed within your sales territory.
* Work with Digital Hub teams (Solution Advisory, Deal Strategy, Digital Assets) to maximize value for customers efficiently.
* Create and execute partner business plans, identifying growth opportunities and strategies to boost revenue.
* Develop and review business activities related to solutions or industry specialization, proposing innovative approaches for new business.
* Coach partner sales reps on engaging prospects and demonstrating ROI and business value.
* Collaborate with Sales Development Executives to generate pipeline and guide prospects through the customer journey.
* Leverage all SAP sales channels to meet targets and enhance customer experience.
* Support team and organizational challenges, driving solutions and projects for overall benefit.
* Represent SAP at external and internal events, online or offline.
* Mentor junior sales team members to improve their performance and productivity.
* Guide partners using data-driven insights on product positioning and timing.
* Coordinate with Channel Management and sales roles to ensure alignment and effective use of SAP assets.
* Report on sales progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business, Computer Science, or related.
* At least 2 years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or related fields.
* Deep understanding of industry models or SAP solutions.
* Knowledge of Cloud technologies (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in B2B contexts.
* Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Canva, Adobe, etc.
* Passion for tech sales and continuous learning.
* Results-oriented, proactive, energetic team player.
* Fluent in English and German (mandatory).

The Digital Sales team drives SAP’s go-to-market strategy in Swiss territories, working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver excellent customer experiences through our digital sales model. Reporting to Alexander Fleischer, Head of Midmarket & Net New Names Switzerland.
