Must-have Skills:
Cloud Computing: High technical competence; flexible on provider experience.
Event-Driven Architecture: Solid understanding of distributed systems and message brokers.
Databases: Strong SQL experience; NoSQL not required.
IaC and CI/CD: Proficient in concepts and daily use of automated pipelines.
Observability: A higher priority than scalability; code must be well-instrumented and traceable.
Scalability: Understands how to design systems that can grow effectively.
Leadership: Supports and mentors junior engineers; leads smaller initiatives.
Must communicate clearly and confidently in English.
