The Project Manager works with our internal team, distributors, and contractors, as well as with end customers, to lead the proper execution of construction works and installations, their commissioning, and customer training. The role also involves resolving general issues both on-site and off-site.

Responsibilities:
Project Management
* Manage installations from several weeks before the start of installation through to completion, acting as the main point of contact with the client/contractor/subcontractor teams.
* Foster relationships with subcontractors, site management, and clients to ensure compliance with installation, commissioning, and training methodologies.
On-site Technical Support
* Availability to travel to project locations within Spain, with occasional travel to other European countries.
* Coordinate subcontractors and Vortex's own installation teams to ensure proper installation of Vortex equipment in accordance with Vortex quality standards.
* Hold briefing meetings and make on-site decisions together with site management or the client.
* Document installation progress throughout the project and complete the final report on the technical support provided.
* Carry out full inspections of installations prior to commissioning.
* Provide comprehensive training to operators on initial commissioning and system handover.
* Obtain customer approval for completed projects.
* Provide feedback and potential solutions to the product development team regarding frequently observed issues.
* Communicate with the remote technical support team to obtain required spare or additional parts.
Remote Technical Support (phone, email) – when not on site
* Respond to and resolve customer requests (from distributors, contractors, or end clients) by phone or email.
* Log calls and reports in the appropriate system.
* Determine whether an on-site visit is required.
* Follow up on requests with the internal design department and discuss potential solutions.
Other
* Participate in the training of customers and certified installers, including material development, scheduling, and delivery of training sessions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
* Participate in the development of user guides and operation and maintenance manuals.
Requirements:
* Willingness to travel throughout Spain and occasionally within Europe.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Solid general knowledge of construction, with a focus on plumbing, civil works, and electrical systems.
* Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings (AutoCAD).
* Ability to interact effectively with contractors and customers.
* Ability to train others in technical aspects.
