At Germaine de Capuccini, we are looking for a Trade & Marketing Assistant for our business unit in Spain.
In this role, you will be key to boosting our visibility at the point of sale and providing strategic support to our sales network. We are looking for someone with a global vision, strong analytical skills, and a great desire to make an impact on a leading brand.
What will your main responsibilities be?
* Define and implement Trade Marketing actions to boost the visibility and sales of products and treatments.
* Create and coordinate sell-in and sell-out promotions across different sales channels.
* Manage forecasts for launches, promotions, and inventory control.
* Analyze sales, promotions, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
* Track sales performance by channel, client, segment, and product line.
* Provide marketing support to the sales network and assist with day-to-day needs.
* Prepare sales support tools (PDFs, presentations, sales pitches, promotions, etc.).
* Coordinate and supervise promotional and POS (point of sale) materials.
* Manage orders, logistics, and distribution for marketing materials and gifting.
* Coordinate the operations and onsite execution of events and brand activations.
* Upload and keep materials updated on internal platforms.
* Help create and adapt copy, content, and materials for agencies, campaigns, and brand activations.
* Adapt creative assets and design basic materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
What are we looking for?
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Skills: Analytical thinking, results-oriented, and an excellent ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and fluent English.
