The Area Road Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating operational activities for key customer accounts within the road logistics area. Acting as the operational control tower, this role ensures the efficient execution of transport operations while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This position plays a critical role in managing operational performance, monitoring KPIs, and continuously improving processes to meet and exceed customer expectations. Working closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Customer Solutions, and operational teams, the Area Road Logistics Manager ensures seamless service delivery and contributes to identifying new business opportunities and operational improvements.
Cómo generar impacto
* Act as the operational lead and coordination point for assigned accounts, ensuring efficient road logistics operations and consistent service quality.
* Monitor customer KPIs and operational performance, proactively addressing deviations and identifying improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Customer Solutions to support new business implementations and process improvement initiatives.
* Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
* Manage data quality and transmission processes, ensuring accurate information flow and resolving operational issues when they arise.
* Coordinate the implementation of new lanes, services, and operational solutions aligned with customer requirements.
* Proactively manage events and operational exceptions, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Support customer relationship management and tender processes, providing operational expertise where required.

* 3–5 years of experience in logistics, ideally within road transport operations.
* A positive attitude, strong commitment to work, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.
* Experience managing operational processes and supporting projects or service implementation initiatives.
* Ability to develop effective solutions that strengthen and improve services delivered to clients.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
