**Misión**:
An IT Operations manager is expected to have great knowledge of information technology and IT service management. Excellent communication skills and very good business understanding will make a difference in the service provided by IT. We are looking for a leader who can collaborate in transforming the way IT interacts with end-users with a complete view of tools, processes and communication channels. You should develop a user centric view of system status that will be the base for IT services quality enhancement and end-user interactions
**Funciones**:
- Transform Ferrovial IT operations with special focus on monitoring and end-user support.
- Contribute to the organization’s end results by making sure IT environments monitoring has a business centric perspective.
- Develop observability tools and culture to enhance control and provide meaningful reporting.
- Transform end-user support integrating new communication channels and support models.
- Understand business goals and priorities.
- Maintain a good general knowledge of how the business functions.
- Build relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Set the vision for your scope of action and create a strategic roadmap.
**Habilidades y experiência**:
- University degree: Higher Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).
- Experience in transforming IT Operations in large organizations.
- Good knowledge of monitoring tools and processes (APM, logging,).
- Large IT Services contract management experience is a plus.
- Soft skills: Leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing and organizational skills.
- Essential: very high level / bilingual English and Spanish.
