Responsibilities
Tasks will include:
Support the day‐to‐day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle.
Work closely with the different teams involved in each project, including commercial, marketing, technical and legal areas.
Participate in project review and decision‐making processes, helping assess the impact of key strategic, technical and commercial decisions on the Business Plan.
Prepare Business Plan models in Excel and manage them.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and/or ad‐hoc reporting to investors (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills and sound presentation abilities).
Meet and coordinate with key external stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, consultants, agents and suppliers.
Report to the Senior Asset Manager and Director.
Support acquisition processes through business plan review and coordination with the various stakeholders involved.
Qualifications
You are analytical, curious and comfortable working across multiple areas of a project. You are interested not only in tracking numbers, but in understanding how decisions across design, construction, sales or timelines impact the overall Business Plan. You communicate clearly, feel comfortable working with financial models and reporting, and enjoy collaborating with different teams throughout the lifecycle of a development. You are proactive, organised and eager to grow within a real‐estate asset management role.
Good command of Excel and financial models (Power BI knowledge can be a plus), attention to detail is key.
Comfortable creating presentations and working with financial and operational reporting.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
University degree in a relevant field (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.). Ideally a technical‐financial profile.
Technical/engineering experience can be a plus.
Big Four or real‐estate consultancy experience can be a plus.
Notable communication skills.
A genuine interest in real‐estate asset management and development.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in real‐estate, consulting, development or asset management.
Interest in sustainability trends (ESG).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
