We’re building an innovative, cutting‑edge banking platform designed for seamless international expansion, prioritizing scalability, extension, and accessibility. Our architectural foundation embraces Domain‑Driven Design, Ports & Adapters pattern, and other clean architecture concepts meticulously tailored to meet our unique requirements.
Responsibilities
Contribute to web development with React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
Craft a robust test suite using Jest and react-testing-library, as a large part of our product is based on code libraries consumed by multiple teams.
Enhance and define front‑end architecture rooted in clean architecture principles, SOLID, hexagonal architecture, and DDD.
Play a role in expanding and improving our shared libraries, fostering a culture that welcomes contributions from all engineering team members.
Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and reinforce best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
Approach tasks with a results‑oriented mindset, taking ownership and encouraging strong communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of software engineering professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Javascript.
2+ years of proficient experience with Typescript, showcasing expertise in generics, type narrowing, and other advanced topics.
Minimum 2 years of focused experience with ReactJS (latest versions), understanding of compound components and associated concepts.
Proven track record in writing unit tests using Jest and react-testing-library, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in CSS, with preference for Sass or Less preprocessors or CSS‑in‑JS solutions.
Knowledge of OOP in Javascript, including details and nuances.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, articulating complex ideas to technical and non‑technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.
