We are currently looking for a motivated French-speaking Sales Consultant to join us in our Salobreña office.
Role description
This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Real Estate Sales Agent. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, utilizing your knowledge of the real estate market to assist buyers in finding their dream homes, and helping our clients sell their properties. You will also be involved in property listings, property viewings, negotiations, and property sales transactions.
Your responsibilities
Account management : answer and follow up on incoming sales enquiries by phone, mail, and in person. Provide details of properties we have for sale and recommend properties that could meet the needs of the client with the end goal of having the client visit and view properties.
Real estate knowledge : answer all types of questions regarding the purchase process, the costs related to the purchase, and owning a property in Spain.
Sales generation : proactively match new properties for sale to potential clients or persuade sellers to reactivate the sale of their property if it matches the needs of potential buyers.
Customer service : assist clients (including prospective buyers, sellers, and owners) with different types of needs they may have.
Property sourcing : find new properties to offer for sale by screening real estate portals and approaching owners of suitable properties, persuading them to list their properties with Cumbre Villas, ideally on an exclusive basis.
Translation : translate property details for publishing on our website and marketing channels, as well as legal documents (private sales contracts and deeds) from Spanish or English into French. xhfqzwm
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
Full professional proficiency in Spanish, English and French
Additional language skills such as Polish, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish are a plus
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the real estate sector, or in another related industry as a commercial or sales person
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Driver’s license
