About Us: Affilired is a leading digital company specializing in managing affiliate campaigns across multiple networks for the travel industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team and work with internationally recognized hospitality and travel brands. You'll collaborate with our various partner networks and publishers to deliver results that meet our clients' business objectives. This is the perfect role for a network or publisher account manager who wants to step into a multi-channel agency and gain experience in the Travel vertical. Job Description: Working under the supervision of your Global Operations Coordinator and will report to her on a daily basis and your responsibilities will be: Manage your own portfolio of international affiliate programs, including management through multiple network partners. Maintain smooth communication with the Account Management Department to provide promotional actions. Develop exposure plans for client campaigns and support promotions and new product launches. Work to ensure smooth launches of new programs. Conduct onboarding actions for top affiliates. Research and reach out to prospective affiliates for our clients' campaigns. Build and manage relationships with publishers. Perform daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity. Update creatives, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients. Research seasonal travel sector trends and new market insights. Desired Requirements:At least 1 year of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either on the network or agency side. Fluent Spanish English. Additional languages will be highly valued. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects. Experience managing campaigns in IMPACT or CJ is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners. Experienced in dealing with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies - e.g., Awin, CJ, Impact. Adaptable and confident: we work with multiple platforms and technologies and are always looking to increase our knowledge and expertise in the department.
