The Retail P&C Business Partner will report directly to the Retail P&C Manager and work in partnership with the Regional Retail Area Manager and Store Managers to support the successful delivery of Human Company Policies.
Main accountabilities
The ideal candidate will be operating at HRBP level, within a retail environment and have a strong
generalist background.
- Develop, implement and deliver the People Strategy within the assigned region.
- Guarantee excellent service as a professional Business Partner to all relevant internal
stakeholders.
- Provide operational and commercially sound advice and direction on all Human Resources related issues.
- With the Regional Retail Area Manager and Store Managers, proactively identify performance
issues and recommend a best practice approach.
- Lead the people initiatives, being the key person in any change project within the function.
- Drive resource planning and talent management.
- Support the business on human resources management in all the key processes, managing the
complete HR KPIs dashboard, developing and implementing actions to drive engagement and
productivity.
- To lead all Retail recruiting processes.
- To liaise with Retail Regional Manager and coordinate with Head of Retail HR and Retail finance
controller in order to manage efficiently and timely business planning, budgeting and forecast
processes, for both personnel and HR functional costs.

dpt, Communication dpt, Personnel Administration dpt, Legal dpt, Finance dpt,
- External: candidates, head hunting companies, universities,

Skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a retail business.
- Previous experience in one or several of our key markets: Europe/USA.
- Ability to influence
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing employee relations.
- Understanding of different employment legislations.
- Degree in a related discipline.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to live in Palma de Mallorca and travelling 30%.
