You’ll help navigate and coordinate with different teams, globally, within Thermo Fisher Scientific, in order to help turn privacy guidance into pragmatic, actionable steps for business groups and corporate functions.This is a permanent, full time remote opportunity to be based in EMEA.**What will you do?**- Assist the Privacy Risk and Compliance Program Manager to identify, measure and manage privacy risks associated within their environments to support the operation of TrustArc’s PrivacyCentral, Data Inventory Hub and Risk Profile, including risk assessments, reporting and monitoring- Support the business in the safeguarding of personal data of employees and customers- Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency, reduce risks and the effectiveness of our program- Work with the privacy team to review, document, execute & communicate privacy documents; operationalize controls; and partner with business groups and corporate functions across the organization, ensuring that all program information is appropriately documented, secured, and tracked- Daily maintenance of our privacy management tool, powered by TrustArc and program mailboxes, including responses and escalation of any unusual trends as well as any high-risk observations- Support the Privacy Champions through guidance, training and assisting in their prioritization and collaboration of all activities, bridging the gaps for an effective and productive program- Stay abreast of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, guidelines, and industry developments relating to privacy, security, and data governance- Take the lead on in house Integral Privacy Office communications, through Yammer posts, newsletters, FAQs, iConnect/SharePoint content maintenance- Lead projects, managing multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans- Promote, manage and deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and seek opportunities to connect outcomes with other projects/priorities**Who we are looking for**:- Project management experience supporting quality/Legal/Regulatory projects (or similar)- Great organisation skills and ability to work within a fast paced, demanding environment- Strong communication skills- Privacy experience is not essential but an interest to learn and become and SME is key as training will be provided- Experience of working with TrustArc or OneTrust is advantageous but not essential
