Role OverviewWe are looking to hire two experienced Scrum Masters to support the Receivables Finance Tech & Engineering .
These roles are not tied to a single squad or product, but instead support multiple squads across the Receivables Finance domain, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, service-oriented role, helping squads deliver value in a complex GTB and Working Capital environment, evolve towards AI-native squads, and integrate AI thinking into delivery, experimentation, and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a servant leader for multiple Tech & Engineering squads within Receivables Finance.
Agile Enablement & Delivery Support: help teams adopt pragmatic agile practices suitable for regulated GTB environments.
Working Capital Context: operate with a strong understanding of Global Transaction Banking processes and constraints.
Leverage Working Capital and Receivables Finance knowledge to help squads understand business impact and delivery priorities.
AI-Native Ways of Working: support squads in evolving towards AI-native delivery models, including faster experimentation and learning cycles; use of AI tools for development, testing, and analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple technology teams.
Strong background in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) or similar banking domains.
Solid Working Capital / Receivables Finance knowledge is highly desirable.
Experience working in Tech & Engineering environments (developers, QA, data, platform teams).
Exposure to AI, data-driven products, automation, or advanced analytics in delivery contexts.
Demonstrated ability to proactively remove blockers and manage dependencies.
