PbPlatform Coaching Programs Lead /b /ppRemote (with a preference for candidates based in APAC, Europe, or the Middle East to align with core /ppbusiness hours) /ppInitial freelance/contract (6–12 months) → potential full-time /ppbr/ppbAbout CoachBase /b /ppCoachBase is a global digital coaching platform redefining professional development through technology, data, and a curated network of 1,100+ ICF-certified coaches across 65+ countries. /ppWe partner with leading multinational corporations, primarily across APAC and EMEA, delivering scalable and measurable coaching programs — from emerging talent to senior executives. /ppAs we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader to scale both our platform and business globally. /ppbr/ppbRole Overview /b /ppThis is a hybrid strategic and execution role at the core of CoachBase. /ppYou will lead: /pulliPlatform evolution /liliCommercial growth /liliClient delivery /liliOperations and team scaling /li /ulpYou will play a key role in shaping the company’s trajectory while remaining deeply hands-on across functions. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /ppCommercial Client Development /pulliLead B2B sales and business development (client pitches, demos, proposals) /liliOwn RFP responses and procurement processes /liliManage senior client relationships (HR / LD leaders, sponsors, program teams) /liliTranslate client needs into tailored solutions and platform enhancements /li /ulpbr/ppbCoaching Program Delivery /b /pulliAct as strategic account lead for clients /liliOversee: /liliProgram launches /liliProgram performance and reporting /liliFeedback loops and continuous improvement /liliExecutive-level client engagement /li /ulpbr/ppbPlatform Product Development /b /pulliDefine and prioritize product development needs /liliTranslate business and client needs into clear functional requirements /liliWork closely with tech teams to design, test, and deploy features /liliEnsure a client-centric, scalable user experience /li /ulpbr/ppbUser Support Operations /b /pulliEnsure high-quality user support across participants and coaches /liliOversee platform activity and operational performance /liliScale and optimize processes through automation, AI, and data-driven workflows /li /ulpbr/ppbFinance Performance Management /b /pulliOversee: /liliClient invoicing and contracts /liliCoach payments /liliFinancial tracking and dashboards /liliMonitor KPIs, margins, and overall business performance /li /ulpbr/ppbTeam Leadership Coach Network /b /pulliLead a cross-functional team, primarily based in APAC /liliBuild and scale the team over time (structure, hiring, development) /liliOversee coach recruitment and onboarding globally /liliEnsure consistent quality and experience standards /li /ulpbr/ppbBrand Marketing /b /pulliOversee digital marketing and brand positioning: /liliContent (LinkedIn, thought leadership, blog) /liliSEO and inbound strategy /liliIncrease visibility through: /liliEvents, webinars, and roundtables /liliStrategic partnerships /li /ulpbr/ppb Strategy Growth /b /pulliShape and evolve CoachBase’s business model, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy /liliAlign platform development with commercial and client needs /liliIdentify and drive new growth opportunities (markets, segments, partnerships) /li /ulpbr/ppbIdeal Profile /b /pulli7–10+ years of experience /liliStrong experience in project / program management and client facing roles /liliExperience contributing to or leading B2B sales and procurement processes /liliStrong experience working with senior stakeholders in multinational environments /li /ulpbr/ppbKey strengths: /b /pulliEntrepreneurial mindset (ownership, problem-solving, adaptability) /liliStrong commercial mindset (sales, client management) /liliAbility to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments /liliStrong prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities /liliHighly hands-on, execution-driven /liliStrong critical thinking and ability to challenge constructively /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliExperience in LD, coaching, or talent development /liliStrong interest in and affinity with technology / digital tools /liliAdvanced command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (must-have) /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have: /b /pulliExposure to product / platform environments /liliExperience managing global / remote teams /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliA high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing global business /liliStrong autonomy /liliFlexible remote setup /liliCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentives /liliOpportunity to transition into a long-term leadership role /li /ulpbr/pp How to Apply /ppPlease send your CV to: /p pbr/p
