Job Description
As Quality Engineer and member of the Chassis and Active Safety area, your mission will be to promote a culture of quality according to the Management Policy defined by the IDIADA Group.
Main Functions
- Collaborate with the development, maintenance and implementation of the QMS (ISO Certifications 9001, 14001 and 45001) and ISO 17025 Accreditations according to the IDIADA policy
- Guarantee the proper performance and update the Management System documentation (update procedures, processes, etc).
- Collaboration with the departments for the correct implementation of the quality requirements defined in the QMS, with the object of improving the processes of the company.
- To prepare and attend internal & external audits.
- To support the process owners audited to establish the necessary actions to solve the non‑conformities detected and to follow up the actions defined until verification of effectiveness.
- Management Non‑conforming work and Incident management with support of Quality, Environmental and OHS department.
- Management of Customer complaints.
- Collaboration with Customer Voice tasks.
- Collaboration with other interested parties of the management system e,g, Environmental and OHS department.
- Promote a culture of Quality in the organization.
- Guarantee the proper monitoring for all the process by collecting KPIs.
- To perform a Welcome Plan for new employees.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Knowledge in QMS standards (ISO9001, ISO17025), OHSMS and EMS.
- Knowledge in quality tools such as problem‑solving analysis, Kaizen and 5S method.
- Proactive & cooperative person
- Client orientation
- Passion for the work well done
Education
Bachelor o Master's degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial or similar.
Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English
