With billions of fans globally, the challenges of organizing friendly amateur matches—finding pitches, recruiting players, and coordinating schedules—are all too familiar.Theapp simplifies this process by connecting football enthusiasts with a shared passion, enabling them to join matches and play within seconds.Their mission is tocreate meaningful human connections through football.And their vision is that people enjoy football regularly together to build friendships and communities.We are looking for a proactive, high energy, result oriented City Manager or Business Development Manager based in Madrid, football lover, with knowledge of the game and experience working with people, handling providers/owners and growing a good relationship with them.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure premium football field slots in Madrid.Establish and maintain strong relationships with field suppliers and B2B partners.Conduct mini-acquisitions of other local playing communities.Develop local partnerships for demand generation with startups, coworking spaces, universities, bigger corporates, and influencers.Desired Goals/Results:Expand the number of weekly games in Madrid,from currently 250 weekly games within the next 12 months.Foster excellent relationships with football field providers.Finding and securing top notch field slots.Grow the local football community through partnerships and acquisitions.Local partnerships for demand generation (startups, coworkings, universities, bigger corporates,influencers).Main Skills Required:Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter capabilities.Ability to build and grow relationships with key football field suppliers and B2B partners.
